Easy Go – Terms of Service

By accessing, registering, or using the Easy Go mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Easy Go.
1) Company & Brand Information
- Easy Go is a brand name operated under Easy Khoj Business Group Pvt. Ltd., Easy Khoj Tours & Travels
- Easy Go is not a separate legal entity.

2) About Easy Go
Easy Go is a technology-based mediator platform that connects users with independent drivers for city-to-city transportation services in Nepal.
- Easy Go does not own vehicles
- Easy Go does not employ drivers
- Easy Go does not directly provide transportation services
3) Services Provided
3.1) City to City Booking
- Users can book city-to-city transportation through the Easy Go app.
- A booking is confirmed only after full advance payment.
3.2) Fixed Route Service
- Drivers may register fixed routes with fixed timing and pricing.
- Users may book available fixed routes.
- Availability is not guaranteed.
3.3) Referral, User Points & Rewards
- Users can earn points by referring new users.
- Points are credited based on Easy Go's internal rules.
- Points earned through referrals belong to the user.
3.4) Points Transfer & Money Exchange
- Users may transfer or redeem earned referral points on behalf of money, subject to Easy Go's conversion rate and rules.
- Conversion value, withdrawal limits, processing time, and eligibility are determined solely by Easy Go.
- Easy Go may modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time.
- Fraudulent or fake referrals will result in immediate point cancellation.
4) Eligibility
- Users and drivers must be 18 years or older.
- Drivers must upload valid:
- Driving license
- Vehicle bill book
- Vehicle insurance
- Easy Go reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account.
5) Mandatory Safety Verification
Before starting any trip, users are strongly advised to personally verify:
- Driver's driving license
- Vehicle bill book
- Vehicle insurance
Failure to verify documents is entirely the user's responsibility.
6) Booking, Payment & Refund Policy
- Users must pay the full booking price in advance.
- All booking payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Additional charges during the trip must be mutually agreed between user and driver.
- Easy Go is not responsible for disputes related to additional charges.
7) Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel bookings, but no refund will be issued.
- No-shows are treated as completed bookings.
- Easy Go may cancel bookings for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
8) User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Verify driver and vehicle documents
- Behave respectfully and lawfully
- Use referral points honestly
- Understand Easy Go is only a mediator platform
9) Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:
- Maintain valid documents
- Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
- Follow agreed pricing, route, and timing
- Behave professionally
10) App Usage Rules
- One person may maintain only one account
- Account sharing, selling, or fake referrals are prohibited
- Easy Go may monitor app usage
- App downtime may occur due to maintenance
11) Ratings & Reviews
- Users may submit ratings and reviews
- Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed.
12) Liability Disclaimer
Easy Go is only a mediator platform.
In case of accidents, robbery, theft, injury, death, damage, or loss:

All responsibility lies solely between the user and the driver.
13) Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated due to:
- Policy violations
- Fraud or misuse
- Safety risks
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
All disputes fall under Nepali jurisdiction.
15) Acceptance
By clicking "I Agree" or using Easy Go, you confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service.
